Ну что же, повод для беспокойства у властей США есть. Япония всячески старается делать хоть какие-то попытки проводить внешнюю политику в своих интересах, а не плясать под дудку "партнёров". Мы не знаем, какие именно вопросы решали Путин и Абэ, ни в вопросах экономического сотрудничества, ни, тем более, в вопросе Курильских островов. Но, можно предположить, что хотя Япония и присоединилась к санкциям вместе с другими странами, они, при взаимном желании либо обходятся, либо просто игнорируются. Так же, как это делается с некоторыми европейскими странами. Нахождение же взаимоудовлетворяющего решения по Курилам - это будет большой прорыв, большая победа. А есть ощущение, что сейчас решение этого наболевшего вопроса вполне реально.
